Jessica Draggoo

CFO

Jessica grew up in a tech-free, organic, family culture in the Pacific Northwest; where team spirit, hard work, and strong ethics are the winning recipe. An upbringing that is nonconforming, and untraditional in today’s world.

One of her first jobs was at a ski & bike shop. Now, you would think as a high schooler you would be cleaning, and doing menial tasks. But, unlike most, Jessica ran sales. Even as a high schooler, pursuing the honor roll. She managed to sell, and she did it well. This helped lay the foundation for her future endeavors. For now, her next step among most, was at Western Washington University.

After high school, Jessica attended Western Washington University, graduating in 2010. Unlike many who abandoned their childhood hobbies, she remained devoted to the violin, even performing at The Icicle Youth Symphony.

At around this time, Jessica graduated from WWU, in 2010. She had become deprived of the cold musty air and the damp sidewalks. While Seattleites would have to call the two days they had without rain, their summer. Jessica did not. She missed the sunny side, leaving her no choice but to escape the musty, rainy society of the West.

After college, Jessica returned to her sunny hometown, Wenatchee. She initially embarked on a career in banking but soon found herself pivoting after meeting her husband, Braden Draggoo. She joined her husband’s business, Draggoo Financial Group, where her dedication and tireless work led her to become licensed in life, health, and disability insurance, supporting her husband in growing the business.

Today, Jessica is fully immersed in the world of small business, helping manage multiple ventures alongside her husband. With an unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence, she brings energy and focus to every project she takes on.

As her friends and colleagues often say: “If you want it done right, say yes to Jess!”

Caden Wise

Business Journalist

Caden Wise has been a part of Prosperity Zone as the Business Journalist, and also oversees videography.

He was not just placed in that position mistakenly. Caden has had a long upbringing in the Journalism world that goes back to grade school. Over time, he wrote more and more. He discovered a passion for combining business and journalism while serving as the Business Manager for his school’s newspaper.

He once figured after all that was said and done, that his passion for writing was over. Most people when they go off to the real world, put up their hats, and get a “real job.” Caden however stumbled into the small company, Prosperity Zone. At first, he did not understand the tiny little company. But, after writing a few snippets, for the owner, Jessica Draggoo. Caden was quickly recruited, to join in late 2024.

Now, most teenagers might have written fairy tales or stories about survival in the woods, but Caden’s early work stood out. At 14, he penned an argumentative essay titled, “Why We Should Have the Death Penalty in the United States,” showcasing his bold, candid writing style from a young age.

Caden is known for his straightforward approach. He doesn’t shy away from addressing difficult topics or offering strong opinions. His writing often sparks a polarized response, many readers appreciate his honesty, while others find his directness challenging. Nonetheless, his ability to provoke thought is undeniable.

Caden continues to push boundaries with his writing. His dedication to authenticity and his refusal to sugarcoat the truth. Whether loved or criticized Caden Wise’s work leaves an impact—a testament to his passion and skill. Albeit he’s not just telling stories—he’s helping improve lives.
